New Hotel Kuc By Marvel - Budva

We lucked out and got a location on the beach with a fantastic view of the sea - it was amazing. the room was average, but had a small bathroom and worked well for our needs. the service was indifferent and the breakfast was basic. we were very close to a sandy beach with plenty of eateries for us to choose from.

The hotel lacked attention to detail when it came to customer service.

The two girls at the reception are very helpful, kind and willing to solve any problem. The view of the rooms (if you are not staying at the 1st floor) is fantastic !

The building is very old and the rooms need a renovation asap (specially the bathrooms). Not clean. Parking is an issue too. I suggest to go there only for a coffee. See the view and meet the receptionists

We loved the fine sea view from our room balcony, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The hotel's location right on the beach was very convenient and we were able to easily access nearby restaurants and attractions.

The indoor heated pool was a nice relief from the cold weather during Christmas. The view of the sea and mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk away from restaurants and shops.

The room was not clean, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff was not helpful or friendly, and they had difficulty communicating in English.

Poor knowleges of english of personel.The good testing food from cafteria, was unfortunately hard to order because of not understanding of english .I am recomend them an web translator to get a menu list at any meal

The most beautiful thing was the view from the balcony. This hotel is in the small port of Rafailovici, but the water is totally clear. If you walk 50 meters, you can find beaches in both way.

The breakfast is forgettable, poor and not so good. Scrambled, fried, soft-boiled eggs, feta cheese, tomato, frankfurter with mustard and some sweets, but in portions. Apple and "orange" juice and tee. Price not included coffee and water.

Great location. Beautiful sea view. Friendly staff. Room upgrade with a nice kitchenette. Comfy bed. Natural light and good shades. Close to beach and affordable dining options. Relaxing area without noise.

Everything: broken air conditioned, lies from the receptionist, extra charge (10 euros) just because we booked only one night....if you don't want to stress, don't go !

The hotel provides great value for money, especially considering its stunning location right by the sea. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were lucky to have a room with a fantastic balcony, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to our day.

There was one minor issue, but everything else was okay.

Breakfast and parking - tragedy!!!

Very nice sea view if you have chance!. Be carefull: there is some rooms without and in fact - worse - without any view! The staff is helpful and try to do the best in spite of outrageous state of facilities

Overall maintenance of the entire hotel: very poor hot water (10 liter boiler) air condition, tv set, doors, etc. The breakfast offer: eggs, eggs, eggs and a colored liquid so-called "juice"; you need to extra pay the tee, the coffee or a glass of water!
